Develop Affordable Housing
The WIN Project develops new and preserves existing housing resources for those with the greatest need who live or work in Southern California.

Community Outreach/ Public Education.
We will educate the public about housing issues through presentations to civic and service organizations, and participation in a variety of community-based activities.

Develop affordable housing policy incentives
The WIN Project encourages local policy makers, city, county, and regional council members, mayors, state and federal legislative representatives) to support policies which promote affordable housing.

Strengthen Community-based Partnerships
The WIN Project works in partnership with the local business and community based organizations. We communicate and advocate for what works in community development.

Elimination of Urban Blight
The construction and rehabilitation of homes will provide jobs for members of the community as well as help to beautify the neighborhood. Thus, The WIN Project is attempting to bring economic development to some of the underprivileged areas of Southern California in addition to supplying affordable housing.
